Excellent service and staff. From walking in I was assisted immediately by Kayce. She knew the technical specs of the model I was interested in, and could answer all my questions. When she said she would update me later on where we are with all the paperwork, I actually got a response! I have never seen this at a dealer before. Would recommend Kayce to assist anyone with a used or new bike purchase, as the whole experience was fast, efficient, and above all else, pleasant.
